Andrew Perkins is a 25-year-old freelance certified web designer and graphic designer based in Southern California.

I hold an associate's degree and certification in Web Design with a specialty in Graphic Design and I'm accomplished in a number of different graphic design and web design software applications. These skills, as well as my strong work ethic, make me an attractive candidate for your project.

Being fairly new to the world of design, I have fresh ideas and bring a unique brand of creativity to everything I do. In addition, I am a hard working, reliable, proficient and a creative self-starter that thrives on challenging projects in web design that will capitalize on my talent for computer-based illustration and "outside the box" innovation.

I have always been fascinated with art and I have been drawing with pencil and paper since I was around 7 years old. Mostly I enjoyed freehand drawing and I could replicate cartoon, comic book and Manga characters to make them look identical. As a child, our refrigerator was always covered with my newest creation.

When the computer revolution came into play, I soon realized I could now expand my love for art and share my artistic talents in the world of web design and graphics. What I enjoy most now is using my Photoshop and Illustrator skills to create compelling, visually appealing graphics and web sites.
